Bio
Coach Romero begins an exciting new chapter as the head coach of the SWCC Women's Soccer Program, bringing proven leadership and program building experience after a succesfully establishing a strong men's program. His work with the men's laid a solid foundation of competitiveness, culture, and accountability principles that now guide the launch of the women's program.
With eight years of coaching experience, Coach Romero brings a weath of knowledge at both the collegiate and club level. In addition to his role at SWCC, he currently coaches with Kernow Storn Soccer Club at the top level, where he works with top tier athletes and emphasizes in high level technical development, tactical understanding, and long term player growth.
As the program enters its inaugural season, Coach Romero is committed to building a culture of trust, work ethic, and ambition, setting the standard for future success and providing student athletes with an opportunity to grow, compete, and thrive.
